Lynxxfit Shipping Policy
- Thank you for choosing Lynxxfit for your fitness needs. Below are the details of our
shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both you and us:
General
- Our stock availability is subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate
stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we
will fulfill available products and contact you regarding backordered items for your
preference of waiting or refund.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the chosen shipping method.
• Free Standard Shipping (4-5 Business Days) is available for Prepaid Orders.
• Fast Delivery (1 Business Day in Ahmedabad, 4-5 Business Days outside Ahmedabad) is available for an additional charge of 100.
Returns
- Returns due to product issues are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the
item is in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds for returned items will be processed as store credit for future purchases,
excluding shipping fees.
Delivery Terms
- Within Ahmedabad: Orders are delivered within 1 business day.
• Outside Ahmedabad: Orders are delivered within 4-5 business days.
• International shipments are currently not available.
Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on Saturdays or national holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.
• Address changes can be accommodated before dispatch.
Out of Stock Items
- Out-of-stock items are refunded, and the rest of the order is dispatched
Delivery Time Exceeded
- If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us for investigation.
Tracking Notifications
- Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor their shipment.
Damaged Parcels
- If a parcel arrives damaged, reject it if possible, or contact customer service for
assistance.
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is included in the displayed price on our website.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Refer to our refund policy for dispatched
orders.
